13 Ways To Tune Up Your Victory Voice

13-ways-tune-up-your-victory-voice

In 55 years of ministering together, Kenneth and Gloria Copeland have often been asked why VICTORY has always been such a dominant theme in everything they’ve done, even from the very beginning…

The answer goes back to the early days of Kenneth Copeland Ministries, when Brother Copeland went to Hereford, Texas, for three weeks of meetings.

On the first day of those meetings, he was in his hotel room on his knees, praying. He had laid out all his message outlines on the bed and was asking the Lord what he should preach that night.

“It rose up so huge in me,” Brother Copeland recalls, “almost audibly, The LORD said”:

I want you to preach VICTORY — victory in the new birth, victory in the power of the Holy Spirit, victory in righteousness, victory in My WORD, victory over the grave, victory over death.

Victory is your subject.

So, victory it was!

Brother Copeland preached for three weeks straight — and victory is what people began experiencing like never before. They were dramatically introduced to signs and wonders from God in those meetings, and it impacted their lives and community for years to come.

But the people attending those meetings weren’t the only ones whose lives were changed forever.

It was also there, in Hereford, that Brother Copeland remembers God telling him…

Every believer has a voice — and it’s a Voice of Victory — if they will speak in faith.

“When the Lord told me that, I was thinking of it from the standpoint of 1 Corinthians15:57, because I had been reading and meditating on it:

‘Thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our LORD Jesus Christ’ (NIV).

“And so, I got hung up on victory,” Brother Copeland says. “It began to grow inside me and throughout this ministry. Eventually, it gave birth to all this.”

Today, victory continues to be a dominant theme throughout the ministry of Kenneth and Gloria Copeland, simply because victory is a dominant theme throughout Scripture.

No matter where you are in life, no matter what you — or a loved one — may be facing, we can always use little more (OK, a lot more!) victory in our lives. That is God’s heart and a primary intention of His for us while we’re on this earth.

As a believer, you already have a voice of victory — God has said so!

Now, go through this list of 13 scriptures that specifically details for you issues in life where you can expect God’s power to manifest as victory on your behalf. Look them up and read them. Remember, it’s vital you speak these words of victory (out loud), and that you speak them in faith.

“I Have Victory Over…”

  1. Hindrances — with faith in God, by speaking to them (Mark 11:22-23)

  2. Trouble — with peace, by resting in Jesus (John 16:33, TPT)

  3. Defeat — with the power of God, by Jesus’ life (2 Corinthians 4:7-10)

  4. The world — with the new birth, by believing Jesus is God’s Son (1 John 5:4-5)

  5. Sin — with the righteousness of God, by the blood of Jesus (2 Corinthians 5:21)

  6. Shame/Reproach — with God’s presence, by Jesus’ death (Colossians 1:21-22)

  7. Fear — with God’s love, by faith (1 John 4:16-18)

  8. Sickness — with healing, by Jesus’ stripes (1 Peter 2:24, NKJV)

  9. Poverty — with prosperity, by the gospel (Luke 4:18)

  10. Lies of the enemy — with truth, by God’s Word (John 8:31-32, 43-44)

  11. Demons — with heavenly and earthly authority, by Jesus’ Name (Mark 16:17)

  12. Hell (separation from God) — with joy, by the presence of God (Psalm 16:9-11)

  13. Death — with the Holy Spirit, by Jesus’ resurrection (1 Corinthians 15:54-57).

As you take these scriptures to heart — and give voice to them — know that Kenneth and Gloria, as in the past 55 years of their ministry, agree with the Apostle Paul (on your behalf) in saying…

“Let [us] now remind you, dear brothers and sisters, of the Good News [we] preached to you before. You welcomed it then, and you still stand firm in it” (1 Corinthians 15:1).

Stand firm in your victory!
